Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days of order receipt. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Free Shipping
Free UPS Ground Shipping is included on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Expedited & Alternative Shipping
If you require shipping via any method other than standard UPS Ground — including overnight, 2-day air, freight, or international shipping — the additional shipping costs will be billed to the buyer at the carrier’s published rate.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment directly at ups.com. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by UPS and may be affected by weather, carrier volume, or other factors beyond our control. Sam’s Airpack is not liable for carrier delays once the order has been handed off to UPS.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international inquiries or special delivery arrangements, please contact our customer care center before placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with UPS to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.
