Terms & Conditions of Sale

All Sales Are Considered Final. All goods must be inspected and accepted immediately upon receipt for breakage and discrepancies. By completing your purchase, you agree to the inspection and acceptance terms described below.

Inspection Upon Receipt

All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Please verify the following upon receipt:

  • The shipment matches your order (part numbers and quantities)
  • All items are free from shipping damage or breakage
  • There are no discrepancies in the order contents

Any issues, errors, or discrepancies — including errors on the part of Sam’s Airpack — must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility & Timeframes

  • Within 7 days of receipt: Returns are eligible for a full refund or credit, subject to RMA approval.
  • After 7 days: A restocking fee of 25% may apply. Returns are at the discretion of Sam’s Airpack management.
  • After 30 days: Returns are not accepted.


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any item. RMAs are valid for 10 days only from the date of issuance.

  • Returned items must be shipped with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
  • Items returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, approved refunds will be issued as a credit or refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used
  • Special-order or custom-sourced parts
  • Items returned without a valid RMA number
  • Items returned outside the eligible return window


Errors by Sam’s Airpack

If an error is made on our part — wrong part shipped, incorrect quantity, etc. — it must be reported within the 7-day inspection window. We will cover return shipping costs and issue a full replacement or refund at no charge to you.
