Terms & Conditions of Sale
All Sales Are Considered Final. All goods must be inspected and accepted immediately upon receipt for breakage and discrepancies. By completing your purchase, you agree to the inspection and acceptance terms described below.
Inspection Upon Receipt
All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Please verify the following upon receipt:
Any issues, errors, or discrepancies — including errors on the part of Sam’s Airpack — must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility & Timeframes
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any item. RMAs are valid for 10 days only from the date of issuance.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, approved refunds will be issued as a credit or refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Errors by Sam’s Airpack
If an error is made on our part — wrong part shipped, incorrect quantity, etc. — it must be reported within the 7-day inspection window. We will cover return shipping costs and issue a full replacement or refund at no charge to you.
